Why Rose Hill Taekwondo

• All classes are led by a Master Level Instructor. Master Sinil and Master Mario, share a combined 40 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and instructing students of all ages and abilities.

• Both Masters are World Taekwondo Federation Certified. Master Sinil is a 6th Degree, Master Mario is a 4th Degree Black Belt and Senior Instructor Danny is a 3d Degree Black Belt.

• We are proud to be a World Taekwondo Federation Certified Academy. Our Black Belts are recognized as top tier martial artists at over 188 countries worldwide.

World Taekwondo Certified

Rose Hill Taekwondo is a World Taekwondo Federation Certified Academy. The World Taekwondo Federation governs the art of Taekwondo as well as the Olympic sport. World Taekwondo leads the most inclusive and accessible combat sport, which combines the values of an ancient Asian heritage martial art with the values of a global elite sport. Taekwondo evolves on a solid base, mixing the traditional and the modern.

Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist

NASM’s Performance Enhancement Specialization (NASM-PES), helps us provide cutting-edge strength and conditioning training for our clients. This training provided us advanced knowledge, insight, and skills we use to help clients of all levels reach their peak performance potential.

Certified Youth Exercise Specialist

Exercise guidelines are different for children and adults.  NASM’s Youth Exercise Specialist certification helps us set kids up for success.  We focus on developing age and skill-level appropriate programs for young clients that are challenging and fun.
